It has been proven that your subconscious is impressionable, especially during a relaxed theta state, and that the neuroplasticity of your brain allows you to rewire neuron networks. Have you heard of the phrase, “neuron’s that fire together wire together” ? By standing guard of your mind, and taking every thought captive you hold the power to create an experience from a place of love rather than fear.


If you have the power to change your mind on how you think about things, what is holding you back from achieving all your goals? Better yet, what are your goals? Do you have plans to accomplish them and create new ones? Self reflection is the best place to start.

Affirmations can help you maintain focus. Your mind is like a computer that runs programs. 

False beliefs are limiting programs that create emotions rooted in fear, shame, guilt, anxiety, self-doubt, worry, jealousy, gossip, and resentment. These programs and defense mechanisms keep you from having an open heart and mind to new experiences. Also, it is these types of negative emotions that keep you from realizing all that is possible in life.

It is up to you to take control and pick your thoughts. Are your thoughts mostly uplifting and supportive of your inspirations or do your thoughts reflect emotions of a paralyzing fear that keeps you from offering your best? Take your power back. Decide you want a deeper connection by offering forgiveness to yourself, others and for things in the past.

Reprogram Your Subconscious by renewing your mind with daily positive affirmations.

Akerselva is my first Affirmations recording, I created it to listen to my own Affirmations for a 21 day challenge. My tracks use Theta Binaural Beats and 528 Hz pure tone frequency, as well as, live-recording audio samples.


Start with a genuine assessment of yourself, establish your goals and desires, then root yourself in self-love. The frequency of love is transformative.

When you are ready for change, commit 21 days to form a new habit, rewrite your own Positive Affirmations to clarify your definite chief aim and desires.

The CHALLENGE, for the next 21 Days, repeat these Affirmations or others daily when you first wake up or as you are falling asleep

1. I will be as cheerful as possible because I choose to remain in a frequency of love.

2. I will feel and act a little more friendly toward other people.

3. I am going to be a little less critical and a little more tolerant of other people, and their temporary short comings or mistakes. I will place the best possible interpretation upon their actions.

4. Insofar as possible, I am going to feel and act as if success is inevitable, and I am already the type of person and personality I desire to be. I practice “behaving like” or “feeling like” my desired true self in my present reality already having achieved my goals and success.

5. I will not allow my thoughts or own opinions paint facts in a pessimistic or negative way.

6. I will practice smiling at least three times during the day.

7. Regardless of what happens, I will react as calmly and as intelligently as possible.

8. I will ignore completely and close my mind to all pessimistic and negative thoughts or “facts” which I can do nothing to change.

9. I take action on my ideas quickly and easily with power, presence, and warmth.
